摘    要:通过盆栽试验,研究使用基于辅酶Q10发酵液制成的有机液肥对小白菜(Brassica campestris)生长和土壤酶活性的影响.结果表明:施用有机液肥能显著提高小白菜叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性及根系活力,降低硝酸盐含量;施用有机液肥能够提高小白菜生物量,与对照相比增加2.07%~14.58%,其中喷施方式以喷施300倍稀释液的效果较好;相关性分析表明,小白菜的生物量及养分含量与其叶绿素含量及根系活力生理指标呈显著或极显著正相关;以浇施方式进入土壤的有机液肥,能够显著提高土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶活性,从而提高土壤有效养分含量和肥料利用率,对作物生长有积极作用.
