四个云南矮秆稻种株高的遗传研究

本文研究了4个云南矮秆稻种的矮生性遗传以及矮秆基因对GA_3的反应。结果表明,3个籼稻矮秆品种的矮生性都受制于与sd_1等位的单一隐性基因;粳稻雪河矮早的矮生性受与大黑(d—1)及矮秆糯,单215(sd_1)均不等位的单一隐性基因控制,暂名为sd—s(t)。具有sd_1基因的水稻品种,其株高列GA_3反应敏感,将可能作为鉴别矮生基因的一种新方法。

GENETICAL ANALYSIS OF DWARFISM RESOURCES IN YUNNAN RICE VARIETIES (ORY.ZA SATIVA)

Genetical analysis of dwarf genes in three indica and one japonica dwarf varieties from Yunnan Province,China,was carried out in 1984-1986.The dwarfism of indica rice Hong-ke-dao,Ai-ma-bai-gu and Bai-hua-pi-nuo are controlled by a single recessive gene allelic to sd1 The dwarfism of japonica rice Xue-he-ai-zao is also controlled by a single recessive gene,which,however,is non-allelic to sd,and d-1.11 dwarf varieties(7 indica and 4 japonica)were sprayed with GA3 100 ppm solution at booting stage.Plant height and flag leaf length at full maturity varied with different varieties.The plant height and flag leaf length of 6 indica varieties(Hong-ke-dao,Ai-ma-bai-gu,Bai-hua-pi-nuo,Ai-jiao-nan-te,IR36 and Zhen-zu-ai)and 2 japonica varieties(Ai-gan-nuo and Rei Mei)which have sd1 gene significantly increased after GA3 treatment.However,1 indica(Cong-gui 314)and 2 japonica(Xue-he-ai-zao and Keku)varieties which have the gene non-allelic to sd1 were not obviously responsive to GA3.It is suggested that "GA3 responsivness" might be used for rapidly identifying different dwarf genes in rice.
