厌氧附着膜膨胀床工艺处理有机污水的研究

摘    要:用厌氧附着膜膨胀床工艺处理高浓度有机污水,可以取得相当高的运行效率,在进水COD浓度依次为5104,11006和29874mg/l,水力滞留时间为4.0,8.0和17.7小时的条件下,装置的COD负荷达30.6,33.0和40.4g/1.d,容积产气率达13.4,14.7和16.9 1/l.d,COD去除率稳定在80%以上,沼气CH_4含量高于56%.试验表明,处理上述各档浓度污水的适宜COD负荷为359/1.d;适宜的水力滞留时间为4.0,8.0和18.0小时.

Abstract:The efficiency of treating concentrated organic wastewater with the anaerobic attached microbial film expanded bed process was studied. When influent COD concentration were 5 104, 11 006 and 29874 mg/1, and HRT 4.0, 8.0 and 17. Y hours, the volumetric COD loadings were 30.6, 33.0 and 40.4 g COD/1.d, volumetric biogas production rates 13.4, 14.7 and 16.9 1/1. d, respectively, percent COD removal was more than 80% and methane content of the biogas more than 56%. The results showed that the optimum COD loading was about 35 g/1. d and the optimum HRT were 4.0, 8.0 and 18.0 hours, respectively.
