乡村可持续性土地利用景观生态规划的几种模式

中国是一个农业大国,广大乡村的发展对于我国的全面发展具有十分重要的意义.而乡村发展的关键在于土地的持续有效利用.为此,必须以可持续发展为目标,以景观生态学为理论基础,对乡村地区的土地进行合理的规划.首先简要介绍了土地利用规划的概念、可持续性土地利用规划的基本原则以及乡村土地利用规划的多目标性,然后着重论述了"集中与分散相结合"、生态网络以及"自上而下"与"自下而上"相结合等几种景观生态规划模式.最后提出,通过对上述几个方面进行整合可以推动乡村土地利用的可持续性以及乡村地区的可持续发展.

Some landscape ecological planning patterns in sustainable rural land utilization

China is a big agricultural country, so it is crucial to rural development for countrywide development. The key to rural development is effective use of the land. Therefore, reasonable land-use planning in rural area aimed at sustainable development and based on the theory of landscape ecology should be our primary concern. Firstly, this paper focuses on, what land-use planning is, what the interpretational criteria for sustainable land-use planning are and what the goals of rural land-use planning are. Secondly, it demonstrates emphatically the patterns of landscape ecological planning, such as "aggregate-with-outliers" pattern, "ecological network" pattern and the combination of "top-down" pattern and "bottom-up" pattern. Finally, it brings forward the idea that the integration of all these aspects can promote the sustainability of rural land-use planning and sustainable development of rural area.
