甘蓝型杂交油菜种子胎萌发生及其对种子质量的影响

摘    要:研究了甘蓝型杂交油菜杂种秦油 2号、不育系陕 2 A和保持系陕 2 B种子胎萌发生情况及其对种子质量的影响 .结果表明 :这些种子的胎萌发生在开花后 19d左右 ,并随着种子发育日趋成熟而有不断增多的趋势 ,而常规品种垦 C1种子胎萌发生在成熟后期 (开花后 31d) .甘蓝型杂交油菜种子因胎萌引起生活力和活力降低 ,种子胎萌也引起种子含油量下降和可溶性糖含量升高 ,但是对种子蛋白质含量无明显影响 ,这可能与种子胎萌时相应代谢途径中关键酶异柠檬酸裂解酶活性上升有关

Abstract:Hybrid rape ( Brassica napus L ) Qinyou2 and its three line seeds were used in the experiment The results showed that the vivipary (precocious germination) of hybrid rape Qinyou 2, male sterile line (CML) Shan 2A and maintenance line Shan 2B seeds occurred at 19 days after flowering, and increasingly added as seed development gradually matured, whereas that of general cultivar, restoration line Ken C1, occurred at the late maturation stage(31 days after flowering) Seed vivipary in hybrid rape resulted in decreased seed viability and vigour It also caused reduced content of seed oil and increased content of solube sugar ,but it had no significant effect on the content of seed protein, which might be related to increased activity of Isocitrate lyase (ICL), key enzyme of glyoxylate cycle during seed vivipary
