嫁接西瓜果实发育过程中蔗糖代谢及相关酶调控的研究

摘    要:以自根西瓜为对照,研究了嫁接西瓜果实的蔗糖积累特性及相关代谢酶的调控作用.结果表明:嫁接与自根西瓜果实的果肉组织均以积累蔗糖为主,果皮以积累已糖为主,嫁接西瓜果实的糖含量显著低于自根西瓜.在果实发育过程中,嫁接西瓜幼果组织转化酶(Inv)活性降低,蔗糖合酶(SS)活性上升,从而导致果实中蔗糖含量的降低.因此,嫁接引起的西瓜果实中Inv、SS活性的变化可能是导致嫁接西瓜糖分变化的主要原因.

Abstract:Sugar metabolism and related enzyme activities during fruit development of grafted watermelon were studied. The results showed that the main component of sugar in flesh tissue of both fruits of own-rooted and grafted watermelon fruit was sucrose and that in mesocarp tissue was hexose. The (sugar) content of the grafted watermelon fruit was lower than that in the own-rooted watermelon fruit. Grafting decreased the invertase activity of the immature fruit tissue and increased the sucrose synthase activity during the fruit development of grafted watermelon. These were possibly the primary reason for the decrease in sugar content of the grafted watermelon fruit.
