摘    要:用高效相色谱(HPLC)与光电二极管阵列检测器耦联分析了红茶茶黄素类化合物(TF.).分离并检出了茶黄素(TF)、茶黄素-3-没食子酸酯(TF3G)、茶黄素-3′-没食子酸酯(TF3′G)和茶黄素-3,3′-二没食子酸酯(TF3,3′DG)4种茶黄素类化合物.并讨论了茶黄素类和茶红素类(TR_5)分光光度测定的适宜波长等问题.

Abstract:An HPLC-photodiode array detector method was developed to analyze theaflavins (TF,) in black tea liquor. Four theaflavins , i. e. theafiavin (TF) , theaflavin-3-gallate (TF3G ) , theaflavin-3-gallate (TF3G). theaflavin-3'-ga!late(TF3'G) and theaflavin-3,3'-digallate (TF3,3'DG) were detected and identified. The selection of wavelength for spectrophotometric measurements of theaflavins and thearuhigins in black tea liquors was also discussed in the paper.
