摘    要:    为探究与玉簪属植物花叶性状稳定遗传有关的嵌合体特性,以性状稳定并具应用价值的花叶玉簪品种Hosta 'So Sweet'为材料,对叶片不同色块的生理和形态解剖学进行研究,并比较与野生种紫萼Hventricosa叶片的差异结果表明,花叶玉簪叶片黄色部分的叶绿素a、叶绿素总含量均显著低于叶片其他部分和紫萼叶片,而叶绿素b含量明显较高;花叶玉簪比紫萼多1条酯酶同工酶谱带,可能为特异性条带;叶绿体超微结构中,从绿色部分一过渡色部分一黄色部分出现由椭圆形转变为圆形、基粒类囊体肿胀、囊泡产生和噬锇颗粒增多的现象

Abstract:The variegated characters of Hosta is related to the stable inheritance of chimera. Hosta 'So Sweet' and H. ventricosa were selected as the materials to identify the characteristics of variegated-leaf chimera in Hosta plants, which comparing the physiological and morphological differences in various parts of their leaves. The results show that, in the yellow parts of H. 'So Sweet' variegated leaf, the contents of chlorophyll-a and total chlorophyll were significantly lower than those in other parts and in the leaf of H. ventricosa, whereas the content of chlorophyll-b showed obviously higher. An additional esterase isozymogram was found in the Hosta leaf, which probably indicated as the special esterase in variegated Hosta. Concerned different parts from green, intergraded color and yellow in variegated leaves, the aberrance phenomena in ultrastructure of chloroplasts was observed, including the roundness from ellipse, granum-thylakoid swelling, vesicle forming and osmiophilic globule increasing.
