数量性状遗传分析的新方法及其在育种中的应用

介绍了近年来我们研究发展的一系列新的遗传模型和相应的统计分析方法。这些模型包括农艺性状遗传模型、种子品质性状遗传模型、动物性连锁遗传模型、QTL基因定位的遗传模型等。基于混合线性模型的分析原理的统计分析方法包括方差和协方差估算方法、随机效应的无偏预测方法、条件遗传方差和条件遗传效应的分析方法、复合区间作图方法等。

New approaches of genetic analysis for quantitative traits and their applications in breeding.

Recently developed genetic models and their analysis methods are presented. The new models include agronomy trait models, seed quality models, animal models with sex linked effects, and models for QTL mapping. The new statistical analysis methods are mostly based on mixed linear model approaches for estimating variances and covariances, unbiasedly predicting random effects, analyzing conditional variaces and effets, and composite interval mapping.
