串珠镰孢四变种蛋白质电泳图谱

摘    要:对串珠镰孢(FusariummoniliformeSheldon)四变种15个菌株进行可溶性蛋白质聚丙烯酰胺凝胶的电泳分析的结果表明,15个菌株根据电泳图谱的差异可以分为两大类,即属于F.moniliformevar.moniliforme,F.moniliformevar.intermedium和F.moniliformevar.zhejiangense的11个菌株为Ⅰ类,而属于F.moniliformevar.subglutinans的4菌株为Ⅰ类。据此,作者认为它们代表了两个不同的种,从而为Nelsonetal将F.monilformevar.subglutnans升格为种(F.subg-lutinans)提供了生化依据.种间蛋白质图谱差异明显,种内或变种内菌株间基本一致,因此,菌体可溶性蛋白质电泳图谱在串珠镰孢及其近似种的分类和鉴定上具有重要意义.

Abstract:The relationship or affinity between the varieties of Fusarium moniliforme Sheldonwas studied using PAGE technique to compare the protein electrophoretogram of the tested iso-lates. Experiment was conducted with 2 to 5 isolates from each varieties, including F. moniliforme var.moniliforme ,F.m.var.intermedium ,F. m. var,zhejiangense and F. m. var.subglulinans .The re-sults revealed that protein electrophoretograms could be grouped into two types on the basis ofsimilarity of bands exhibited.Protein electrophoretogram from the mycelia of F.m. var. subgluti-nans differed markedly from that of F. m. var. moniliforme,F. m. var.intermedium and F. m. var. zhejiangense .The results could be used to distinguish F. subglutinans from other varieties of F.moniliforme biochemically.
