摘    要:在自由选择试验中,白背飞虱(Sogatella furcifeta)在水稻品种上的产卵量与接虫12或24h后的栖息量呈极显著正相关;中抗品种Mudgo上的产卵量显著高于其它品种。在非自由选择试验中,感虫品种TN1和品系“9101”上的产卵量显著高于抗性和中抗品种(包括Mudgo)。分别罩笼时,Mudgo上的产卵量和取食量分别显著或极显著低于TN1;同罩一笼,产卵量差异不显著,取食量仍极显著低于TN1。稻株内游离氨基酸分析表明:白背飞虱的产卵量与亮氨酸和丙氨酸的含量呈极显著正相关,与赖氨酸,蛋氨酸,苯丙氨酸和天冬酰氨的含量呈显著正相关。

Abstract:In free-choice test, the number of eggs laid by whitebacked planthopper, Sogatella furci fera Horvath, on rice varieties was significaNT1y correlated -with the number of orientation of WBPH adults at 12 or 24 h after infestation. The number of eggs on MR ( moderate resistant) variety Mudgo was significantly higher than that on other varieties. In non-choice test, more eggs were laid on susceptible variety TNl and strain "9101" as compared with resistant and MR varieties including Mudgo. The WBPH adults were caged on Mudgo and TN1 respectively, the number of eggs or the amount of feeding on Mudgo was significantly less than that on TN1. While caged together, an almost equal number of eggs was laid on Mudgo and TNl, but the amount of feeding on Mudgo was appareNT1y lower. The analysis of nutrient content in rice sheath showed that there was significant positive correlation between the concentration of free amino acids (leucine, alanine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine and asparagine ) and the fecundity of WBPH.
