紫云英混合青贮饲料的发酵品质

摘    要:研究了添加不同水平(5%,10%)的稻草、米糠和麸皮对青贮紫云英发酵品质的影响.结果表明:不管是紫云英单一青贮还是添加稻草、米糠或与麸皮混合青贮,它们均属于典型的乳酸发酵,其pH<4.0,乳酸含量均大于2.2%(鲜重),添加10%麸皮者其乳酸含量达2.91%。在各处理中,未测出含有丁酸者。紫云英单一青贮时其氨态氮占总氮含量的12.59%,比添加稻草组(5%,10%)低而比添加麸皮组(5%,10%)高,其差异均达到显著水平(P<0.05);但与添加米糠组之间的差异不明显(P>0.05).

Abstract:This study was carried out to investigate the effects of adding of rice straw(RS),wheat bran(WB)and rice bran(RB)on the fermentation characteristics of astragalus silage. The results showed that all silages were well-preserved with the typical lactic acid (LA)fermentation.The pH value was below 4.0 in every sllage. The highest content of LA was 29.1g/kg fresh weight(FW)when the level of WB was at 10%,which was significantly higher than those for the other silage(P<0.05).Ammonia-N/total-N was 12.59%for astragalus silage with no additive.It decreased by 15.68%and 14.54%as compared with those with RS additive(5%or 10%),whereas increased by 13.42%and 22.56%as compared with WB (5%or 10%)respectively(P<0.05).
