| 摘 要： | 通过“孢子浴”方法用根虫瘟霉（Ｚｏｏｐｈｔｈｏｒａｒａｄｉｃａｎｓ）菌株ＡＲＳＥＦ２３９对１～２龄的桃蚜（Ｍｙｚｕｓｐｅｒｓｉｃａｅ）进行了生物测定（２０℃，１００％ＲＨ，Ｌ∶Ｄ为１２∶１２），包括６个剂量（１．５～１７６孢子／ｍｍ２），每剂量处理试虫９３～１９８头．实验观察期为７ｄ，第３日至第５日为死亡高峰，最终累计死亡率６．４９％～９５．１０％，因剂量而异．经时间－剂量－死亡率模型的模拟分析而估计出该菌作用于桃蚜的时间与剂量效应参数，测得第４日至第５日的ＬＤ５０分别为５５，４０，３６，１４个孢子／ｍｍ２，侵染潜伏期约为４天．结果表明该菌株具有良好的杀蚜特性．
