蜂胶对糖尿病SD大鼠的影响

摘    要:测定和比较了蜂胶醇提液(EEP)和蜂胶水提液(WSP)对糖尿病SD大鼠的影响. 结果表明,EEP和WSP均能降低糖尿病SD大鼠的空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HBAlc)、果糖胺(FRU)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、肌酐(CREA)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)、丙二醛(MDA)水平,减少总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)的消耗,降低肾重与体重的比值. 表明蜂胶能够改善糖尿病SD大鼠的糖、脂肪、蛋白质代谢,减少糖尿病肾病的危害.

Abstract:The effects of ethanol extracted propolis (EEP) and water soluble derivative of propolis (WSP) on diabetes mellitus in SD rats were determined and compared. The results showed that both WSP and EEP decreased levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HBAlc), fructosamine (FRU), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), creatinine (CREA), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), uric acid (UA), malodialdehyde (MDA), total protein (TP) and albumin (ALB), and decreased the ratio of kidney to body weight in rats with diabetes mellitus. The results indicate that both EEP and WSP improved metabolism of glucose, fat and protein and afforded renal protection for rats with diabetes mellitus.
