野生大豆和栽培大豆的根尖细胞核型与进化

摘    要:对野生大豆和栽培大豆根尖细胞核型的研究结果表明,二者的染色体数目均为2n=40,但在核型上有差异,并有从野生大豆的较对称核型向栽培大豆的不对称核型过渡的趋势;从二者的核型推出试验中各大豆材料的进化程度由低到高排列顺序为:野1052、野1055、野1057<野1058<野1060<苏85-6,这一结果与根据种子性状得出的进化顺序相一致

Abstract:Karyotypes of wild and cultivated soybean were studied. The results showed that the number of chromosomes of both soybean types were all forty. There were differences in the karyotypes between wild and cultivated soybean . A transitional trend from the symmetric karyotype of wild soybean to the unsymmetric karyotype of cultivated soybean was observed. The evolutional level order reasoning from the karyotype analysis was wild soybean lines 1052 , 1055 , 1057< wild soybean line 1058
