| 摘 要： | 通过对当前农林院校动物科学类毕业生就业状况的分析并结合自身工作的实际,探讨了4个方面的就业工作经验,即完善毕业生工作机构,优化学生就业条件;加强毕业生就业指导,多渠道引导就业观念;积极开拓用人市场,多渠道促进学生就业;强化服务意识,做好毕业生日常管理工作。指出了工作中存在的问题并提出了相应对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the current employment situation analysis of animal science graduate in agricultural and forestry educational institutions and the actual situation of my own work,some questions about the working experience were discussed.The questions was as follows: improving the graduate work system,optimizing the employment condition;strengthening vocational guidance of graduate and changing their ideas about employment through multi-channel;exploring the talents market actively and promoting students’ employment;strengthening service consciousness and doing the routine works of graduate well.Existing problems were pointed out and countermeasures were put forward. |
