| 摘 要： | 人工影响天气工作是气象部门防灾减灾的重要技术手段,而人工影响天气作业应急基地建设又是人工影响天气工作的基础。在鄂东地区人工影响天气应急作业基地建设需求分析的基础上,介绍了鄂东地区人工影响天气应急作业基地的建设目标及建设内容,并阐述了相应的保障措施。

| Abstract: | Weather modification operation is an important technical means for meteorological department to prevent and reduce disaster,and base construction of weather modification emergency operation is the base of weather modification operation.Based on demand analysis of base construction of weather modification emergency operation in eastern Hubei Province,the construction target and contents of base construction of weather modification emergency operation are introduced,and the corresponding safeguard measures are also expounded. |
