春大豆新品种(系)的聚类分析及主成分分析研究

摘    要:对近年育成的30个春大豆新品种(系)的12个生物学性状进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明:聚类分析根据遗传距离可以将30个春大豆新品系划分为4个特性不同的类群,主成分分析选出了株高、全生育期、分枝数、荚数、粒重等综合性状因子对品种(系)进行了初步综合评价,为大豆育种提供有益信息。

Cluster Analysis and Principal Component Analysis of New Strain of Spring Soybean

Abstract:A principal component analysis and cluster analysis were made of 12 biological characters of 30 spring soybean new strains bred in recent years.The results show that with cluster analysis based on genetic distance 30 spring soybean new strains could be divided into four groups of different characteristics.With principal component analysis some comprehensive character factors such as plant height,growth period,branch number,pod number and grain weight were selected and a preliminary comprehensive evaluation of the varieties(strains) was made to provide useful information for soybean breeding.
