烟草缓释肥微囊粒子制备研究

摘    要:【目的】根据烟草需肥规律,对烟草追肥粒子采用微囊包裹以提高肥料利用率,达到省工省肥的目的。【方法】以K2SO4为原料,采用啧雾干燥法制备缓释肥微囊粒子。【结果】制备微囊粒子最佳操作条件为:进风温度190oC,出风温度110℃,进料量为25mL/min,气流压力为0.1MPa,乳化均质时的均质压力为60MPa,工艺设计中选定K2SO4粒子在乳化全系中的浓度为20%,此时产品包埋率为97.09%,其他理化性质也符合设计要求。结论]采用喷雾干燥法制备的缓释肥微囊粒子符合工艺要求。

Study on the Microcapsule Preparation of Tobacco Released Fertilizer

Abstract:Objective] According to the requiring fertilizer rule of tobacco, the tobacco topdressing granule were wrapped by the microcapsules technology to raise the fertilizer use ratio, in order to save the labor and fertilizer. Method] Spray drying method was used to prepare the K2SO4 released fertilizers microcapsules. Result] It was found that the best processing condition were as follows: entrance wind temperature of 190 ℃, the exit wind temperature of 110 ℃, feed rate of 25 mL/min,airflow pressure of 0.1 MPa and emulsified homogeneous matter pressure of 60 MPa. When the concentration of K2SO4 was 20% in the emulsified solution,the embedding rate reached to 97.09% and the other physical and chemical properties also met the design demands. Conclusion] Using spray drying method prepared SRFS particle accord with the technological requirements.
