摘    要:由于在试验条件下,蛋白质与考马斯亮蓝G-250结合形成的蛋白质-考马斯亮蓝G-250复合物的量取决于蛋白质的量,根据朗比尔定律的公式进行推导表明,虽然在试验中测定的是蛋白质-考马斯亮蓝G-250复合物溶液的光密度值,而所做蛋白质标准曲线的横坐标却可以蛋白质的浓度为单位。

Abstract:Under the experimental conditions,the amount of protein-Coomassie brilliant blue G-250 complex was decided by the one of protein,so it was deduced by Lambert-Beer law that protein concentration could be used directly as the unit of X-axis of standard curve for protein content measuration,although the optical density of the solution of protein-Coomassie brilliant blue G-250 complex was measured in the experiment.
