摘    要:采用不同浓度氯化钙(CaCl2)溶液对甘草种子浸种,研究CaCl2对甘草种子萌发特性和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:各处理都能促进甘草种子萌发,种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数均较对照有明显增加;当CaCl2浓度大于10 mmol/L时,甘草种子的胚芽长、胚根长、幼苗鲜重较对照均有所下降,CaCl2浓度为2.5 mmol/L时,甘草种子的胚根与胚芽生长最好。

Effect of the Exogenous Calcium on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch

Abstract:the effect on seed germination and seedling growth of Glycyrrhiza uralensis was studied by soaking seeds with different concentration CaCl2.The results showed that all CaCl2 treatment can promote seed germination,and has a significant increase on germination rate,germination potential and germination index compared with control.While more than 10 mmol/L CaCl2,the plumule length,radicle length and fresh weight has reduced compared with control.2.5 mmol/L CaCl2 treatment was the best advantageous to the radicle length and plumule length.
