| 摘 要： | 总结了宁夏旱作节水农业发展现状,提出了宁夏旱作节水农业存在的问题,明确提出了"十二五"宁夏旱作农业发展要完善"两个体系",实现"三个提高",进一步扩大覆膜保墒集雨补灌旱作节水技术推广面积,大力发展设施农业、扬黄水延伸高效补灌农业和特色优势作物种植,有效增加旱作区农民的经济收入。

| Abstract: | The paper summarized the status of dry-farming and water saving agriculture in Ningxia and found out the existing problems.Some countermeasures were drew up,as increasing the areas of adopting techniques of plastic mulching for moisture conservation and supplementary irrigation with catchment rainfall,enforcing the greenhouse construction,high-efficiency supplementary irrigation farm and special crops planting. |
