| 摘 要： | 农村可再生能源是农村环境保护和持续发展的重要内容,同时也是农村经济发展的物质基础。基于青海省农村可再生能源利用现状及存在问题的分析,提出了调整农村用能结构、采用劳动力节约型技术、加强农村可再生能源服务体系的建设、建立有效的配套政策和相应的激励机制等促进青海省农村可再生能源发展的策略性建议。
