摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法测定银川市场柚子中4种农药(多菌灵、吡虫啉、辛硫磷、除虫脲)的残留情况。色谱优化条件为:色谱柱:ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18,粒径:5.0μm,4.6 mm×250 mm;流动相为甲醇∶水=75∶25(V∶V);流速1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长为280 nm。检测方法的回收率在70%~130%,相对标准偏差不大于5%。结果表明柚子中多菌灵、吡虫啉、辛硫磷、除虫脲均未超标。

Determination of Four Pesticide Residues in Pomelo by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract:The residues of four pesticides, namely, carbendazol, imidacloprid, phoxim and diflubenzuron, in pomelo were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The optimized chromatographic conditions were as follows: the chromatographic column: ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18; the grain size: 5.0 μm, 4.6 mm ×250 mm;the mobile phase: methanol: water=-75 : 25 (V : V); the current speed: 1.0 mL/min;the detected wavelength: 280 nm. The recovery rate of the detection method was 70% ~ 130% and the relative standard deviation was smaller than 5%. The detection results showed that the residues of four pesticides, namely, carbendazol, imidacloprid, phoxim and diflubenzuron, in pomelo all did not exceed the standard.
