| 摘 要： | 介绍了云南省保山市隆阳区林权抵押贷款工作开展情况,针对目前存在评估和贷款手续繁琐,贷款期限短,贷款涉及面窄等问题,提出了进一步拓展融资渠道,探索有效的抵押贷款模式;加强与金融机构的合作,制定一些配套改革的具体措施;拓展森林保险范围等促进林权抵押贷款的措施。

In view of the present evaluation and loan formalities are cumbersome,loan time limit is short and small loans range, the measures to promote forest right mortgage loan were put forward. |
