| 摘 要： | 通过对城中村和城市土地集约利用内涵的分析，阐述了城中村改造对城市土地集约利用的意义，指出了城中村改造中一些不利于城市土地节约利用的问题，如改造中注重对地的改造，忽视对人的改造，使得改造的社会效益彰显不足；改造缺乏整体规划，改造后土地利用效率低，可持续性集约利用实现程度差：针对这些问题提出对策措施，对提高城市土地利用效率，加快城中村改造具有理论指导和实践意义.
