| 摘 要： | 新农村建设是西藏现代化建设进程中的长期重大历史任务,地处藏东南的林芝地区,在建设社会主义新农村进程中具有其特殊的地域、文化特性。笔者在分析林芝地区社会主义新农村建设中存在的农村水环境问题、农村农业结构问题和农村乡土文化传承问题的基础上,提出了解决问题的具体对策和建议。
