| 摘 要： | 促进土地合理流转，增加社会财富，提高农民收入和保护农民利益，对我国经济和社会的可持续发展具有非常重要的意义。文章通过对我国当前农村土地流转的现状及存在问题的考察，提出了一些建议和意见。
