摘    要:以具有有利变异的绣球带腋芽茎段为外植体进行离体培养,通过不同浓度激素对外植体芽分化和生根影响的试验证明:促进嫩茎侧芽生长的理想培养基为1/2MS BA0.1mg/L NAA0.1mg/L;芽分化增殖的理想培养基为1/2MS BA0.5mg/L NAA0.1mg/L;生根培养的理想培养基为1/3MS NAA0.3mg/L IAA0.2mg/L;试管苗生根移栽的理想基质为炉灰渣.

Abstract:The explants from usefully variated Hydrangea macrophylla stem segment with axillary's bud were cultured in vitro to investigate the effects of different external hormones on differentiation and multiplication of adventitious buds and formation of adventitious roots.The results indicated that the effects of growth of adventitious buds cultured on the 1/2MS BA0.1mg/L NAA0.1mg/L was best;the ideal differentiation and multiplication medium for adventitious buds was 1/2MS BA 0.5mg/L NAA0.1mg/L;the best rooting medium for the adventitious buds was 1/3MS NAA0.3mg/L IAA0.2mg/L;the best medium for transplanting the tube seeding is cinder.
