新型农村合作医疗制度的历史渊源探析

20世纪50年代开创的农村合作医疗制度在经历了初创、发展、衰退、重建四个阶段之后，终于以一种新的姿态展现，即新型农村合作医疗制度。传统合作医疗制度的建立不仅在保障农民获得基本卫生医疗服务、缓解农民因病致贫、因病返贫方面起到一定的作用．同时也为新型农村合作医疗制度的开创和建立提供了经验和借鉴作用。文章在考察中国农村合作医疗制度历史变迁的基础上．探寻传统农村合作医疗衰落的原因，同时也指出其对新型农村合作医疗制度的借鉴作用。

Historical Origins of New Rural Cooperative Medical System

After the rural cooperative medical treatment system which originated from the 50＇s of the 20th century have experienced the four steps of exploration,development,recession and reconstruction,it has taken on a new look to us now.That is the new form of the rural cooperative medical treatment system. The building up of the traditional cooperative medical treatment is aiming at not only securing the obtaining of the peasants＇basic health care service,relieving the phenomenon of peasants＇ poverty caused by illness,but it also provides some experience and reference of the establishment of the new form of the rural cooperative medical treatment system.Based on the research of the historical transformation of our China＇s rural cooperative medical treatment system,this article intends to search for the reason of the falling of our traditional rural cooperative medical treatment and meanwhile give some reference on the construction of the new rural cooperative treatment system.
