| 摘 要： | 通过对山东农村制度变迁的困境分析．指出路径依赖是其重要的非正式制度影响因素，并从儒家文化、家族意识、计划经济为基础的制度遗产以及山东农村传统小商品经济的观念和制度的遗留方面加以分析，最后提出依靠经济、信息技术和加强非正式制度的交流来突破山东农村非正式制度路径依赖的思路。
