农民组织化水平提升的困境与策略——一个社会资本的分析范式

社会资本失范是中国农民组织化水平低的主要原因,表现为:因为差序格局的农村社会网络关系分散;因为信任缺失以致组织契约基础丧失;因为互惠匮乏以致利益矛盾突显;因为共同价值迷失以致组织精神困乏。农民组织化在维护农民的政治和经济利益等方面都发挥着重要作用。社会资本可以促进组织的发展,是组织运行的深层社会基础,因而,可以通过重构网络关系,加强教育宣传,重构结构合理、功能积极的社会资本,提高中国农民组织化的低水平状态。

The Dilemma of Peasants' Organization Level Promotion and its Countermeasure

The lack of social capital is the main reason of Low level of farmers’organizations,such as,differential pattern of relationship between social networks in rural areas is dispersed,the lack of confidence leads to loss of contract-based organization,the lack of reciprocity causes highlight conflicts of interest,the lost of common values brings about mental weary.Farmers’organizations play an important role in maintaining farmers’political and economic interests.Social capital can promote the development of the organization,and it is an underlying social basis of the organization’s operation.So we can improve the low level of Chinese farmers’organizations by reconstructing of network relationships,strengthening education and publicity,reconstructing social Capital with reasonable structure and positive function.
