摘 要: | 选用4种杀螨药剂,对枸杞瘿螨进行室内毒力测定和田间药效试验。毒力测定结果表明:阿维菌素柴乳油和苦参碱水剂对枸杞瘿螨幼虫的毒力较高,LC50分别为0.0496mg/L和0.0982mg/L。田间药效试验结果表明:阿维菌素柴乳油和苦参碱水剂对枸杞瘿螨的防治效果较高,施药后3d可达90%左右,5d后防效最高,之后降低。

Abstract: | Select 4acaricidal agent,to wolfberry gall mite indoor toxicological test and field effect.Virulence determination of avermectin EC and the results show that:the wood matrine agent on wolfberry gall mite larva of highly virulent,LC50 were 0.0496mg/l and 0.0982 mg/l.Field efficacy trials indicated abamectin EC and matrine agent on wolfberry gall mite control effect is high,after application 3 days reached about 90%,5 days after the highest control effect,reduce. |
