我国水产养殖业环境成本信息披露的现状与对策

近年来,水产养殖业发展迅猛,由其引起的环境污染问题已成为其发展瓶颈,日益得到重视。如何改善现状,让养殖业走持续发展之路,这就必须让养殖业准确地认识到由其带来的环境成本,并对其进行披露,在公开信息下要求养殖业向环境友好型转变。该文以水产养殖业上市公司为研究对象,在总结现状的前提下分析其环境成本信息披露存在的问题,并进一步给出相应的对策建议。

Status and Countermeasure on Information Disclosure of Environmental Cost of Aquaculture Industry in China

In recent years, the environmental pollution problem caused by the rapid development of aquaculture is becoming more and more be taken seriously. This problem has become a bottleneck for the development of aquaculture industry. How to improve the situation and realize the sustainable development of aquaculture, the environmental costs of the pollution caused by aquaculture should be known, and this information should be disclosed. Taking lis- ted aquaculture companies as object of study, this paper summarized the current situation, and analyzed the issue of information disclosure of the environmental costs, then put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
