利益平衡视角下家庭农场共生网络组织体系的构建

【目的/意义】家庭农场作为一种新型的农业经营主体,是实施乡村振兴战略的重要路径,通过探索家庭农场产业链经营主体的创新发展,构建家庭农场共生网络组织体系,从而实现家庭农场产业链上主体的利益均衡,助推乡村振兴战略。【方法/过程】运用文献研究和定性研究的方法,在深入分析国内外家庭农场研究现状的基础上,从利益平衡的视角,以共生理论为指导,构建出以价值链为主导的家庭农场纵向联结模式。【结果/结论】分析表明:家庭农场经营中普遍存在主体间利益分配不均衡、基础设施差、共生意识不强、信息沟通不对称以及专业技术人才匮乏等一系列的问题,提出要打造家庭农场产业链主体利益共同体,构建协调机制、契约机制、激励机制,发展“要素联结+利益联结+社会关系联结”的复合联结纽带,营造“多赢、共赢”的共生环境等对策建议,以促进家庭农场有序稳定发展。

Construction of the Symbiotic Network Organization System of Family Farms from the Perspective of Interest Balance

【Objective/Meaning】As a new type of agricultural management subject,the family farm is an important path to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.Through exploring the innovative development of the management subject of the family farm industrial chain,a symbiotic network organization system of family farms was constructed,so as to realize the balance of interests among the subjects of the family farm industria chain and boost the strategy of rural revitalization.【Methods/Procedures】The methods of literature research and qualitative research were used in this paper.Based on the in-depth analysis of the research status of family farms at home and abroad,a vertical linkage model of family farms dominated by the value chain was constructed from the perspective of interest balance and guided by the symbiosis theory.【Results/Conclusions】The analysis showed that there were a series of problems in the management process of family farm,such as the unbalanced distribution of interests among the subjects,poor infrastructure,weak symbiosis consciousness,asymmetric information communication and a lack of professional and technical personnel.In view of the above situation,it was suggested that it was necessary to build the community of shared interest of the subjects of the family farm industrial chain,construct the coordination mechanism,contract mechanism and incentive mechanism,develop the compound link of“factor linkage+benefit linkage+social relationship linkage”,and create the symbiotic environment of“multi-win and win-win”,thus to promote the orderly and stable development of the family farm.
