| 摘 要： | 台湾农业现代化的实现离不开农民素质的提高,台湾虽然没有明确提出"新型职业农民"的概念,但其农政部门一直致力于培养现代农民,出台了许多政策对农民加以辅导和培训。该文深入分析了台湾现代农民的内涵与现状,梳理了台湾培养现代农民的政策变迁,归纳了现行培养农民的主要政策措施,最后总结了台湾经验对大陆培育"新型职业农民"的启示。

| Abstract: | Modernization of agriculture in Taiwan is related to the farmers’professionalization.Although the concept of new-type professional farmers is not created in Taiwan,the agricultural administrative department in Taiwan is continuing to cultivate modern farmers with a series of education and training policies.This article analyzes the meaning and status of modern farmers in Taiwan,and the development of policy of cultivating modern farmers,and summarizes the main measures adopted and implication of cultivating new-type professional farmers for Chinese Mainland. |
