基于模糊综合评价的农村人居环境建设满意度研究——以安溪县为例

作为农民生活品质重要标志之一的农村人居环境,其质量的提高将在一定程度上促进农村居住环境与社会、经济、资源环境之间的良性互动。以安溪县社会经济发展存在明显梯度的感德镇槐植、大格和炉地三个村庄为研究对象,在实地考察的基础上,借鉴满意度理论和模糊综合评价法,对农村居民满意度问卷调查进行分析与比较,结果认为：村民对农村人居环境总体满意度不高;不同发展状况的村庄满意程度不同;村民满意度不仅体现在基础设施完备度上,还反映在后续修缮维护方面;人居环境满意程度与乡村环境不一定正相关。最后在调查的基础上综合当地的经济、社会和文化等各方面实际,提出了具有针对性的相关政策建议。

Satisfaction Research on Rural Human Settlement Quality Based Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation --- A Case Study on Anxi county

Rural human settlement is a significant sign of living standard of peasants, and it can promote the positive interactions between inhabited environment and social, economic and resource environment in the countryside. This paper taked Huaizhi, Dage and Ludi as objects of study. On the base of the field visit and by using fuzzy comprehen- sive evaluation method, the rural residents＂ satisfactions to the three villages＂ human settlement quality were com- pared. The results showed that the villagers were not so satisfactory to rural living environment in general. The sat- isfaction degree of villagers from different development-extent villages were different, and it was not only reflected in the degree of completement of infrastructure, but also in the repair and maintenance subsequently. At the same time, the satisfaction degree of living environment are not always positively correlated with the rural environment. Basing on the above, some policy suggestions were put forward.
