摘    要:叶轮是泵的核心部分,泵的性能参数:流量、扬程、效率和特性曲线的形状等均与叶轮的设计有重要关系。本文对离心泵叶轮转子进行了模态分析,计算了其前四阶的固有频率和固有振型,从而得到了转子前四阶的临界转速。这一过程实现了水泵转子的动态设计。同时,对离心泵叶轮转子进行了自由状态下的振动试验,验证了有限元建模方法和计算方法的正确性。

Abstract:The impeller is the core of the pump, and the performance parameters, such as volume of flow, lift, efficiency and the form of characteristic curve have important relations with the design of the impeller. In this paper, the primary four steps natural frequency and the form of vibration are calculated by means of modal analysis to the centrifugal pump rotor. The critical speeds of former four steps' are gained. Furthermore, a test to the centrifugal pump rotor under the free state is accomplished. And it shows that calculated results are correct.
