| 摘 要： | 小麦花药培养中，对培养介质中作为碳源供体的糖的种类的不同选择，可以产生不同的胚诱导率，用麦芽糖代替蔗糖，可以获得较高的胚产生率。

| Abstract: | The kinds of the sugar to be carbon resource prvider in the culture medium were chosen to culture wheat pollen,which could produce different rates of inducing embryo.High producing rate of embryo could be got with malt sugar instead of the sucrose. |
