地方高校要发挥自身优势,自觉为“三农”服务

在当前教育高速发展的新形势下，地方高校要发挥自身优势，自觉为“三农”服务是高校为地方经济发展服务的延伸和发展。本从三个方面进行阐述，一是高等教育通向农村是实现农业现代化的客观要求；二是通向农村是高等教育自身发展的内在要求；三是提出了高等教育通向农村的对策措施。

Local Universities and Colleges are Required to Make their advantages to Consciously serve the "PCA

With the rapid development of the Chinese education, universities and colleges are required to make their advantages to consciously serve the local peasants, the local country side and agriculture (PCA), which should be deemed as an extension of their service to the development of the local economy. This paper is intended to discuss the subjects as follows: universities and colleges serve the PCA, first, to meet the objective demand of modernization of the agriculture, and second to meet the internal demand of their own development. Third, some suggestions are about the universities and colleges service to the PCA.
