农村劳动力素质提高与职业教育发展的思考--基于浙江省部分农村的调查

农民问题是“三农”的核心,而农村劳动力素质的提高是解决农民问题的内因,这为职业教育的发展提供了契机。基于浙江省农村劳动力在受教育程度、能力与知识、观念与态度等方面呈现出的素质特点,本指出提高农村劳动力素质的具体途径,并论述职业教育在此问题上应遵循的几条原则。

A Thought about the Quality of the Rural Labor Forces and Vocational Education--Based on the Survey of the Part Countryside in Zhejiang Province

The issue of farmers is the core of "agriculture, countryside and farmers issues" , and enhancing the quality of the rural labor forces is the inner-cause to the issue, which is a good change to vocational education. Based on the quality characteristics of the rural labor forces in education, competence, knowledge, idea and attitude etc. in zhejiang province obtained from the survey, the paper puts forward some particular approaches to enhance the quality of the rural labor forces and discusses a few principles which vocational education should follow.
