高等教育的规律和特点

本文分析了探讨高等教育的规律和特点，历史经验教训，以便在教育改革中按规律办事，促进我国教育事业的发展。文章提出牟一般规律有：（１）培养人才的知识结构诮有前瞻性和超一、综合性；（２）培养的人才供应市场的滞后性；（３）高等院校向多科性和综合性大党性怄气必然性。我国高等教育的特点有；（１）高等教育形式具有多样性；（２）高等教育在教育体系中处于龙头地位；（３）高等教育具有社会公益性和产业性。

Principles and Characters of Higher Education

In this paper, the authors discussed the principles and characters of higher education, and the experiences learned in the past, which will give some indications to the education reforming. The understanding of principles will promote and facilitate the development of education in China.The main principles of higher education in the following parts,(a) the structure of knowledge provided to the college students should have the characters of advanced, comprehensive and meet future needs;(b) to educate the people will take time and have hysteresis provided to the society;(c) the development tendency of higher education institutions towards and becomes the comprehensive universities with multi-discipline is an inevitability. The features of Chinese higher education as the following,(a)having varied forms;(b) being at the top and leading position in the education system;(c) having the characters of public welfare and industrial domain.
