| 摘 要： | 封建教育，资本主义前中期教育和我国过去50年的教育，都优先强调效率而忽视公平。中国有谋求教育公平的传统，毛泽东教育思想和江西共大教育实践，都贯彻了教育公平思想，西方发达已进入教育大众化阶段，我国加快大众化的必要性和现实可能性。应以大力发展中高级职业技术教育为重点和加快教育大众化。

| Abstract: | Education during Feudal society,earlier and middle stage of capitalist society and the past fiftyyears of China all gave priority to efficiency while neglected equity.China has had the tradition of striving for educational equity.Both Mao ZeDong's educational ideology and educational Practice of jiangxi Communist laboru University implemented the thought of equity.The westem developed Countries hsve entered the stage of educational popularization,The necessity and possibility of speeding up Chinese educational popularization.We should speed up educational popularization by devoting major efforts to developing education of middle and high professional technology. |
