| Abstract: | The induction or transition phase,the initial year of the beginning teacher is recognized as an important segment of a teacher's career,believed to be a critical adaptive phase in their teaching.Firstly,this paper discusses about the course of the new teacher's induction in Australia,then to explore the developmental motive and strategy,hoping to offer some implications for our induction of new teacher. |
