谈创新人才的培养与高校教师素质的提高

本就当前知识经济对人才的要求入手，通过分析创新人才所具备的素质与培养条件，指出高校教师应从责任感、综合知识、教学改革及身心等方面提高自身修养，担负起培养创新人才的重任。

Nurturing of Innovatory Talents and Improving of Teachers' Qualities in Universities

Started with the request for innovatory talents arouse by the current knowledge economy engulfing throuhgout the whole world,through analyzing the qualities owned by them and the cultural conditions accordingly,it is pointed out in the present paper that all teachers in universities should strengthen their self-cultivation in every aspect such as responsibilities,comprehensive learning,teaching reform,physical and mental health,etc.,so as to take on the important tasks of nurturing the innovatory graduates for the country.
