| Abstract: | It exists many problems of personnel pay and conditions in rural private enterprises which is has developed rapidly in its quantity and size. The article makes probe into the present situation of the personnel pay and conditions the reasons of their lawful right and interests are ignored and the ways how to dead with the problems. |
