| 摘 要： | 亚硝酸与紫外线复合诱变、紫外线诱变、亚硝酸诱变对菌株WN-4的孢子依次进行处理,采用链霉素抗性突变株筛选和琼脂块筛选法,得到一株梧宁霉素高产菌株W11;其生物效价是出发菌株的1.27倍。

| Abstract: | Treated with UV、nitrous acid、UV and nitrous acid by turn,a highly productive Tetramycin strain named W11 was obtained from the spores of strains of WN-4 by streptomycin resistance and agar block met-hod.The biological value of W11 is 1.27 times of the original strain. |
