民办高校大学生学习倦怠现象对策研究

摘    要:学习倦怠现象在大学生中越来越普遍,且成为高校学生管理与教育方面关注的焦点问题之一。通过对辽宁5所民办高校(民办学院)1300名大学生调查发现,32.85%的民办大学生存在中度及以上学习倦怠现象,不同年级大学生学习倦怠水平存在显著差异,呈现倒“U”型发展趋势:一年级学生学习倦怠感最弱,二、三年级学生学习倦怠水平最高,四年级学生学习倦怠现象有所好转。针对研究结果,提出以下应对策略:加强就业指导,提高社会实践能力;重视专业设置,重申学习意义;注重学风建设,完善教学管理;激发学习兴趣,优化校园文化氛围;重视心理教育,健全学生人格。

Abstract:It is increasing common of University students' learning burnout at present., it becomes a focus to the administrative organization. Through investigating 1300 students of 5 civilian-ran universities in Liaoning province, fred that 32.85% students have learning burnout and different grades exist remarkable difference and it has trend of inverted "U". Freshmen have lower learning burnout level than any others, second and third grade students have higher level than others, graduation grade has a good trend. Base on the study, in order to become qualified students, the commtmity needs people, put forward the following strategies: strengthen the career guidance; improve the capacity of social practice; key the importance of professional settings, reiterate the meaning of learning; emphasis on style of study, improve the teaching management; stimulates learning interests, optimize cultural atmosphere on campus; emphasizes mental health education, perfects student personality.
