| 摘 要： | 本文确立１９５２～１９９５年的粮食趋势产量作为分析粮食波动的基准线，根据当年粮食实际产量与趋势产量的增长率来研究我国粮食生产的波动特征，在此基础上分析我国粮食波动的主要原因，旨在通过研究粮食生产的波动规律，分析粮食生产的波动原因，进而达到控制波动的目的。为政府科学地指导我国的粮食生产提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | The trend yield of grain from 1 9 5 2 to 1 9 9 5 was used as datum line for analysing the grain fluctuation in this paper According to the actual grain yield and trend one , fluctuation char- acteristic was studied. On the base of the above research , the main reasons of grain yield fluctua- tion were analysed . The aim of this study was to analyse the main reasons of grain yield fluctua- tion by doing research on the regular patten of fluctuation , as well as controlling it . Also , the study prorided scientific foundation for the Chinese governmentto make strategic decision on the grain productinon. |
