水分胁迫下外源甜菜碱对仁用杏叶片光合作用的影响

摘    要:对2年生盆栽仁用杏嫁接苗喷施100mg/L和500mg/L甜菜碱,结果表明,在水分胁迫下,叶面喷施外源甜菜碱能维持仁用杏叶片较高的净光合速率,提高水分胁迫下仁用杏的光合能力,且叶面喷施低浓度的甜菜碱比高浓度的甜菜碱效果更明显。

Abstract:The effects of exogenous betaine on photosynthesis of drought resistance for Apricot which were brought up in pots were investigated. The results indicated that with decreasing soil moisture, exogenous betaine sprayed on leaves of apricot was able to maintain higher Pn and improve photosynthesis ability. The result also indicated that a low concentration(100 mg/L) of exogenous betaine has better effect than high concentration(500mg/L) one.
